Dr. Smita Ohri and I have a long relationship for over a decade. She has coordinated my HRT program ever since a miserable menopause. I have shared her state- of- the-art program with my GP physician and the results are amazing. I feel great and don't have the usual health problems that accompany other women that are in their 70's. HRT should begin shortly after post menopausal struggles begin for optimal results. I also highly recommend the HydraFacial at The Med Spa, and especially recommend booking your appointment with Chay. Her expertise and gentle touch made for a truly wonderful and effective experience. I will definitely be returning for another treatment soon! Five stars for Chay and The Med Spa! I did my hair laser removal with Patricia. She is such a wonderful and skillful nurse. You can see she cares about her job. She doesn’t rush and is very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the one time I didn’t see her I had the covering physician. She was a young MD who took 30 seconds on my face. The next day, my hair completely grew back like nothing was done  and with Patricia I never had that issue. What I find crazy is an MD should be more efficient at hair removal and take their time since it is their business. My 5 stars are for Patricia and the front staff. I believe that  Patricia is an asset and the front desk staff were sweet and very professional. Just a word of advice.
